- 2/3 cup lemon juice
- Zest of 2 oranges
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- ¼ cup rice vinegar
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons Siracha or other similar hot sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, grated on a microplane
Ingredients
- In a small bowl, whisk together all the ingredients. Let it hang out about 30 minutes before serving with dumplings or over rice.
