Brooklyn, New York born Johnny Carino is no stranger in Austin, Texas, where he has built a name as one of Austin's few celebrity chefs, and in 2004 took his culinary prominence to television staring in the KNCT Cooking show "Break Me Off A Piece of That" which he explains it's easy to prepare gourmet dining "to impress your friends, your family, but most of all yourself."
