Since 2001, Eight/KAET-Phoenix has collected recipes from viewers and chefs who love to cook and share recipes, and compiled them in a series of Eight Cooks cookbooks. Eight Cooks is a local cooking series produced by Eight, Arizona PBS that highlights some of the best recipes featured in these cookbooks prepared by the viewers and chefs who submitted the recipe. Hosted by cookbook author and culinary teacher Barbara Fenzl, Eight Cooks offers viewers and chefs the opportunity to showcase their favorite recipe live on TV!
