The program is hosted by FOX29 Meteorologist Sue Serio and features expert commentary from William Woys Weaver, food historian and author of Country Scrapple: An American Tradition; Aliza Green, chef, consultant and author of A Field Guide to Herbs & Spices; and Glenn Brendle of Green Meadow Farm, an organic farm which provides herbs and vegetables plus local meats and dairy products from other local farmers for restaurants in the greater Philadelphia area.
