The Victory Garden’s Edible Feast is a re-launch of the classic PBS series combined with the deep local knowledge of Edible Magazines. From Minnesota to Memphis, New York to New Orleans, we'll learn about everything from crab trapping and grass fed dairy to fermentation and rooftop farms. In each episode you'll experience stories, gardening tips and recipes from America's food heroes.
The new show will be narrated by the two-time James Beard award-winning filmmaker and chef behind The Perennial Plate, Daniel Klein. Using a unique documentary style, innovative stop motion graphic animation and techniques from America's top gardeners and chefs, this series looks a little deeper into the lives of these sustainable food innovators, truly giving them the time to share their passion and knowledge.
