- Bay Bottom Beds Mignonette Sauce
- 1 shallot peeled and minced
- 1 cup red raspberry sauce (Kozlowski Farms)
- 1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Ingredients
- Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to serve oysters. Spoon a bit of Mignonette Sauce over oysters on the half-shell.
