Acai and Banana Smoothie recipe

Acai is considered a "superfood" that boosts the immune system and metabolism


Yield: 2 smoothies


  • 2 frozen acai packs 
  • 2 medium-sized bananas
  • 1/4 cup almond milk 
  • 1 heaping tablespoon bee pollen
  • 1 tablespoon honey


  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth, about 1 minute. Divide the mixture between glasses and serve.
