Ingredients
- 4 lbs. lean ground meat
- 2 cans french onion soup
- 1 large can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup parsley
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 1/2 cup applesauce
Instructions

Mix French onion soup and cream of mushroom soup in a large roaster. Set aside.

Mix remainder of ingredients together and form into large hamburgers.

Pan fry until golden brown on the outside.

Place in soup mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 2 ½ hours.
