- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
- 1/2 over-ripe banana cut into chunks
- 3/4 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen mango chunks
Ingredients
- Combine the water, yogurt, and banana in the jar of a blender and process until smooth, about 1 minute. Add the remaining ingredients and process until smooth. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to one hour.
