Berry Boost Smoothie Recipe | PBS Food

Fizzy’s Tip: If the smoothie is too thick, add cold water to thin it out.


Yield: Serves 2


  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1/2 over-ripe banana cut into chunks
  • 3/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen mango chunks


  1. Combine the water, yogurt, and banana in the jar of a blender and process until smooth, about 1 minute. Add the remaining ingredients and process until smooth. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to one hour.
