- 1 lb. butter
- 1/4 cup shallots – peeled & diced
- 1 lb. stilton blue cheese
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1/4 cup white wine or lemon juice
Ingredients
- Slowly cook shallots in butter (no Color)
- Add wine – reduce till dry
- Mix ingredients in mixer or in bowl until well mixed
- Adjust seasonings
