Cranberry Walnut Cake

Ingredients
- 2 cups cranberries
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 sticks butter melted and cooled
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°. Put the cranberries, walnuts and 1/2 cup sugar into a greased, 10" springform pan or pie plate.

Mix the eggs, butter, 1 cup sugar, flour, salt and almond extract. Stir until smooth and pour over the cranberry-walnut mixture.

Bake about 40 minutes or until a tester comes out clean.
