Egg Strada

Ingredients

• 12 slices bread
• 6 eggs
• 3 cups milk
• 2 cups shredded sharp cheese
• 2 cups mushrooms sliced
• 1 tablespoon dry mustard
• 2 tablespoons parsley flakes
• 1 tablespoon salt
• 2 tablespoons onions chopped

Instructions

   Remove bread crusts and cut bread into triangles.

   Place on bottom of greased 9x13 pan.

   Spread cheese and mushrooms over bread.

   Mix remaining ingredients and pour over bread.

   Bake uncovered at 350° for 1 hour.
