Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground lamb
- 1/3 cup minced shallots
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions

Heat the grill to medium. Meanwhile, in a large bowl combine the lamb with the shallot, garlic, thyme, oregano if using, salt, pepper and olive oil. Form four patties. Place on the grill and cook to desired doneness, 3 to 6 minutes per side for medium rare.
