Ingredients
- 2 large mangos
- 100 grams red bell pepper, finely diced (about 1 large pepper)
- 60 grams red onion, finely diced (about 1/3 onion)
- 20 grams cilantro, minced
- 2 teaspoons aleppo chili flakes
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Peel the mangos using a peeler.
- Orient the mango on its side (with the stem facing you) so that it's standing on its narrow side, not the broad side.
- Insert your knife just to the right of center and cut the side off, tracing the contour of the pit with your knife. Repeat with the other half.
- Trim off the remaining mango around the pit, and then cut the mango into 1/4-inch cubes.
- Add all the ingredients to a bowl and stir to combine.
