    Ingredients

  • 2 cups grated zucchini
  • 2 TB grated onions
  • 2 TB grated celery
  • 1 TB salad dressing
  • 1 TB Old Bay seasoning
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups bread crumb very fine and very dry

    Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients well. Press into cakes and brown in margarine or butter.
