    Ingredients

  • 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips

    Directions

  1. Stir peanut butter, sugar and egg together in mixing bowl until creamy and smooth.
  2. Add chocolate chips and mix well.
  3. Drop small mounds onto cookie sheet.
  4. Flatten slightly with bottom of glass.
  5. Bake in preheated 350-degree oven.

Tips/Techniques

You can also use bars of semisweet chocolate and chop them up rather than using the chocolate chips.
