    Ingredients

  • 1 lb. polish sausage
  • 1 28 oz can diced tomatoes undrained
  • 1 large yellow onion diced
  • 1 large green pepper diced
  • 1 cup long grain rice (not instant)

    Directions

  1. Combine in Dutch oven or casserole dish.
  2. Bake covered at 350° for 2 hours. Stir after 1 hour.
