Spaghetti Chicken

Ingredients
- chicken, either 4 breasts or equivalent pieces - adjust cooking time up if chicken has bones
- seasoned flour: Frankenmuth chicken seasoning
- meatless spaghetti sauce
- onion, cut up
- optional green pepper and garlic depending on spaghetti sauce being used
- olive oil and butter
Instructions

Rinse chicken in cold water and shake off water

Dredge chicken in seasoned flour

Brown chicken in cast iron fry pan in butter/olive oil

Remove chicken

Saute onion in same pan (you can also saute green pepper and additional garlic at this point if desired)

Add back in chicken then pour spaghetti sauce over chicken

Cover, simmer until chicken is done cooking (1/2 hour)

Serve atop warm al dente spaghetti

crush basil over the top for appearance

Don't forget the shredded parmesan along side

Serve with fresh side salad and garlic toast
