Strawberry Beaver Dam Chicken Wings Recipe | PBS Food

Strawberry Beaver Dam Chicken Wings

From the Kitchen of: The Scrumptious Pantry
The Beaver Dam Pepper is a Hungarian heirloom pepper that was brought to Beaver Dam, Wisconsin in 1912 by the Joe Hussli family. In this recipe, the complex flavor of responsibly raised chicken really shines when matched with the earthy heat of the pepper and the sweet-sour kick of strawberry rhubarb preserves.
