To celebrate the re-release of Savor the Southwest, Eight, Arizona PBS brought together many of the original participants of the landmark PBS series, for the all-new Savor the Southwest Fiesta. This all-new special is hosted once again by cookbook author and cooking teacher Barbara Fenzl, host of the original series. Each participating chef prepares a new recipe and talks about the origins of the culinary heritage that is unique to the American Southwest.
