The French Chef

Now chefs of all ages and abilities can share Julia Child's love of fine French food and learn to cook some of her most loved dishes with this "special collection of three episodes from the first season (1963-64) of WGBH's The French Chef, as well as never-before-seen outtakes and other footage shot in Provence and Paris, France for the 1970s series shoot."

In her signature style, Julia demonstrates classic recipes French Onion Soup, Quiche Lorraine, and French Apple Tarts.
