TRAPPED: Resources
In conjunction with the broadcast premiere of TRAPPED, we’ve created a page of resources where visitors can learn more about the often contentious, complicated issues surrounding the regulation of reproductive health clinics. This reading list includes additional viewpoints on the subject, as well as information from both sides of the litigation in the Whole Woman’s Health vs. Hellerstedt case , which is discussed at length in the documentary. The Supreme Court of the United States heard oral arguments in this case in March 2016 and decision is expected in June 2016.
These organizations and links don’t necessarily reflect the views of Independent Lens, ITVS, PBS, or CPB. The information is provided to offer different perspectives on this subject and give context beyond the film.
