Easy Black Bean Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (15 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup prepared vegan marinara
  • 1 sweet onion, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 heaping tablespoons brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Place all the ingredients in a medium bowl and stir to combine.
  3. Pour into a medium casserole dish.
  4. Cover and bake for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
