Ingredients

  • 1 pound green beans, trimmed
  • 2 teaspoons vegan margarine
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
  • Sea salt (optional)
  • Freshly ground pepper

Instructions

  1. Steam the green beans until crisp-tender, 7 to 10 minutes. Transfer to a medium bowl and add the margarine. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds. Toss gently until the green beans are evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
