Ingredients

  • 1 potato
  • ¾ cup flour (depends on the size of your potato! Add until dough-y)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Veggies (carrots, bokchoy, cabbage, onions, more potatoes, squash etc)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp fish sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Grate potato and add flour until dough-y. Refrigerate.
  2. In 3 cups of water, add smashed garlic and all of your veggies.
  3. Boil until veggies are cooked (10 minutes).
  4. Pull apart and flatten dough into flakes and cook until slightly transparent.
  5. Season with soy sauce, salt, and fish sauce (optional).
  6. Make sure dough is cooked by sneaking in a taste!
  7. Add egg. Enjoy :)
