This is not a latte. Okay? Yes, it looks like a latte. Yes, it drinks like a latte. Still, trust us when we tell you, it is not a latte. So what is it? It's a frothy, satisfying beverage that you can make without any dairy products and without an espresso machine. We originally developed the recipe with Ben Kaminsky, a crucial expert behind the ChefSteps Coffee class.
