Ingredients

For topping:

  • 0.25 lbs pickle cabbage
  • 1 lbs ground pork

For sauce:

  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp white pepper
  • 1 tbsp mashed garlic
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp chili paste
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar

For noodle:

  • 16 oz wheat noodle
  • 16 cups water

Instructions

  1. Stir fry the ground pork with pickle cabbage on medium flame until all water evaporated.
  2. Bring the water to boil and place noodle in boiling water; keep water boiling for 2 minutes.
  3. To prevent stickiness, rinse cooked noodles immediately in cold water.
  4. Mix well all sauce ingredients, noodle, and meat in a bowl and enjoy!
