Ingredients
- 1 - 15.5 oz can of chickpeas
- 1 medium potato
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- ½ onion, chopped
- ¼ cup of cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (add more if you want more tartness)
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 2 teaspoons chaat masala
- Mint leaves chopped
- 2 tablespoon yogurt
Instructions

Boil the potatoes.

Mix canned chickpeas and all other veggies up. Chop potato and mix it in.

Add spices, mix it up, add mint and yogurt on top, and serve!
