Ingredients
- 16 ounces rib eye (sliced)
- Pure Soy
- Salt
- Sugar
- 2 ounces chili garlic black bean sauce
- 2 ounces sweet chili paste
- 2 ounces Lanchi chili sauce
- 3 ounces peanuts (roasted)
- 1 ounce cilantro
- Sugar (to taste)
- 1 cup oil
- Potato starch (optional)
- 2 chilies
Directions
- Marinate rib eye with soy, salt and sugar. Let stand for fifteen minutes.
- Heat oil in a wok or sauté pan.
- Add chilies, cook to perfume. Add beef and sauté. Add chili garlic sauce and sweet chili sauce.
- Add lanchi chili paste and sauté gently and let meat absorb flavors. Add scallion, cilantro and peanuts.
- Add salt and sugar.
