SPAM Musubi

For this recipe you will need:
- Knife/spam slicer, scissors, musubi maker, and a small dish of water
Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked sushi rice
- 3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp of sugar (you may add more if you would like)
- Nori (sushi sheet seaweed)
- 2 cans of SPAM®
- Furikake
- Sesame oil
Instructions

Cook three cups of white rice.

Put your cooked rice in a large bowl. Add rice wine vinegar and sugar. (Make this similar to sushi rice.)

Slice the SPAM into even slices, lengthwise (as thin or as thick as you would like).

Cook the SPAM in a frying pan with sesame oil.

Cut nori into approximately 4- by 10-inch pieces.

Line up the musubi maker on one end and start filling your musubi maker with rice (only a little at a time). Add sauces if you would like.

Pat your rice down and add furikake and a slice of SPAM.

Put some furikake on top of your SPAM and pat some rice on top.

Remove from the musubi maker. Dip your hand into a small dish of water to use as a glue to stick the nori on the rice and wrap it all the way around.
