Trail Mix Recipe | PBS Food


Yield: Makes 3 cups (enough for 12 servings)


  • 1 cup dried apple slices
  • 6 tablespoons pecans toasted
  • 6 tablespoons lightly salted whole almonds
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup pretzel nuggets


  1. Cut the dried apple slices into quarter size pieces with scissors. Toss the apples, pecans, almonds, and raisins together in a medium bowl. Add the pretzel nuggets just prior to serving. Serve.
