About the Show

The award-winning TV seriesGuilt is a darkly funny Scottish thriller. The show’s debut was a genuine word-of-mouth sensation, hailed by The Guardian (UK) as “Scotland’s answer to Fargo.” Guilt returned for a second season, still centered on unscrupulous lawyer Max McCall (Mark Bonnar, World on Fire, Unforgotten, Shetland, Catastrophe) and the shenanigans he gets into in and around Edinburgh. Max can’t manage to stay out of trouble for very long.

Guilt’s cast also includes Jamie Sives (Annika) as Max’s soft-hearted brother Jake McCall and Emun Elliott (The Paradise) who plays unstable private eye Kenny Burns. Guest stars include Bill Paterson (Fleabag),  Sara Vickers (Endeavour), and Phyllis Logan (Downton Abbey), among others.
